TO OVERCOME CONFLICTS
Program is designed to bring together groups of young people whose commitment to education and love of sports transcends the recent histories of the region. Young people from Israel, Palestine, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro and Macedonia take part in the program’s activities.
Girls and boys, children with special needs and disabilities, as well as children without parents are given special invitations to participate, as providing opportunities to disadvantaged youth groups is of the utmost importance for our organization.

FORMING FUTURE LEADERS
I CAME TO PLAY includes daily workshops and seminars designed to promote leadership, non-violent communication, conflict resolution and living a healthy and productive lifestyle. Seminars demonstrate the capacity of sport to transcend boundaries and bring people together while communicating messages of peace, importance of education, tolerance and understanding.

ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE - TRANSFER OF VALUE
Aside from the lectures and workshops that encourage youth participatory decision making and problem solving, our programs also offer and promote active citizenship and civic education for the youth in the region.
Participatory endorsements from globally acclaimed sports industry professionals, academics and organizations, is projected to direct public attention and raise awareness, while creating the atmosphere of anticipation, excitement and consequently extensive media coverage intended for I CAME TO PLAY stakeholders network.
